ClaroLoop was not built in a lab. It was built by someone who grew up in the trades and saw how much money slips through the cracks every single day.
Our Story
I started working in the service industry when I was 13. Every summer I was out on job sites for my family's HVAC company in South Florida. A Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer with trucks on the road every day. While other kids were at the beach I was learning what it actually takes to keep a service business running.
My mom still handles the books at the company today. I grew up watching her spend hours every week reconciling QuickBooks by hand. Matching invoices to jobs. Chasing overdue payments. Finding out a vendor raised prices three months after it already ate into our margins. The information was always there. It was just stuck in systems that never talked to each other.
I worked for over four service companies through my late teens and early twenties. HVAC, plumbing, electrical. Same story everywhere. Good operators losing money they did not even know they were losing.
Then I moved into the software world. Spent years in enterprise sales working across a bunch of different industries. Med tech. Medical devices. Ecommerce. Logistics. SaaS. I got to see firsthand what real time data and analytics can do for a company when it is done right. I watched businesses completely transform once they finally had visibility into their numbers.
And that is when something clicked that I could not shake. Service businesses are always a few years behind on technology. They adopt after everyone else. They run million dollar operations on gut feeling and spreadsheets while every other industry moved to dashboards and automation years ago. The tools exist. Nobody built them for the trades.
I found a massive gap. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies all run on two systems that do not communicate. Their field service software and their accounting software. The space between those two systems is where money quietly disappears. Invoices go uncollected. Vendor price increases go unnoticed for months. Job margins get estimated instead of calculated. Owners do not find out until it is too late.
So I built ClaroLoop. We connect your FSM to your books. Pull everything into one place. Run AI that handles the back office work that used to eat 40 plus hours a month. Revenue leaks get found. Overdue invoices get collected. Price increases get flagged the day they happen. Job margins get calculated with real numbers instead of guesses.
Service companies deserve the same financial clarity that every other industry already has. I am here to make that happen. The trades do not have to be last anymore.

Founder
Kyle grew up working in home service businesses in South Florida starting at age 13. After working for over four service companies he moved into enterprise software sales across med tech, ecommerce, logistics, and SaaS. He built ClaroLoop because he saw the same problem from both sides. Service businesses are sitting on financial data trapped in disconnected systems and nobody built the tool to connect it all. Until now.
